Conceptual Branding Wedding Design

This one is a bit different and close to heart: it's my own wedding branding design. My partner and I met at a concert and since then we have been to many concerts and music festivals. This is why we decided to make our wedding all about the experience of a music festival.

I was in charge (with great pleasure) of all things conceptual and design for our wedding. My vision was very clear and I was seeking the most unique and suitable way that will represent us.

The invite was designed like a concert ticket perforated on the side, with a QR code that upon scanning leads to the event countdown. When guests showed their invite-ticket at the entrance to the venue, they were given a wristband.

Our best men and bridesmaids were given VIP passes with their name on one side and the line-up on the other side.

A drum was placed in the entrance to welcome visitors.
Each food stall had a designed sign that was named and based after Queen songs and designed according to the food served: such as I Want To Bake Free for the bakery. Each table had a framed quote from our favorite rock love songs.

Around the venue we placed line-up posters with the timing of the evening's events - i.e stage times.

We made a merch stand for small giveaways as a thank you to our guests for coming. It was all branded as per our concept with Yalla Balagan (Hebrew slang for "let's start the party") and included: branded guitar picks, pins, stickers, drumsticks, tote bags and t-shirts. The t-shirts (also worn by the groom) had our relationship timeline at the back like a tour t-shirt, with dates and locations.

We made Signing Area, in concerts it's usually bands who sign for fans. In this case, our guests signed our guest book.
